Research – My research interests includes investigating the role of adult neurogenesis in the cause and treatment of anxiety disorder and depression. I am currently studying serotonin reuptake transporter (SERT) deficient mice to investigate the relationship between constitutive decreases in SERT expression and rate of hippocampal neurogenesis during adult life.
